How to Pay Service Charge via the Mobile App
Follow these 5 simple steps to pay your service charge through the mobile app:
1. Ensure Your Wallet is Funded
Make sure that your wallet has sufficient funds to cover the service charge. If needed, top up your wallet before proceeding.
2. Go to the Payments Tab
Open the mobile app and navigate to the Payments tab to view your outstanding charges.
3. Select the Service Charge
Find the service charge you wish to settle and click the Pay Charge button located next to it.
4. Choose Payment Type and Method
Click the Pay Debt Now button for the specific charge. Select Wallet Balance as your payment method to complete the transaction.
5. Enter the Payment Amount
Input the amount you wish to pay, and once confirmed, click Pay. Voilà! You've successfully paid your service charge.
Note: To pay for other invoices, simply follow the same steps outlined above for each charge.
